Admissions Policies
- No child under 2 years of age will be accepted.
- Each child admitted should be ready for the type of group experience that the school offers and the child must be able to benefit from the program.
- A child who is physically handicapped or emotionally disturbed will not be accepted, unless it can be demonstrated that:
- there will be no adverse affect upon the other children, either through the direct behavior of the child or through the requirement of extra staff time to the detriment of the other children or program.
- the school is able to meet the individual needs of the child
Discrimination
The school operates on an integrated basis without discrimination. No child shall be denied admission on the basis of race, color, religion, nationality or ancestry.
Forms
The application, health and emergency forms are given to the parent during the initial interview
when the prospective student and his parent observe the class. The child's reaction and
adaptability to the program is assessed by the staff at that time.
Each child is required to have a pre-admission health evaluation on file before his or her first day of attendance. The health evaluation includes a health history, a physician's report and immunization record.
Tuition
Payments are due in advance of attendance. Please note your payment due date/s listed on your tution agreement. Your prompt payment assures the quality of the program.

ABSENCES/ILLNESSES: Please notify the school by phone if your child will be arriving later than 8:30 a.m., or will not be attending on a scheduled day. Because we are busy with the children, we are not always able to answer the phone, so please leave a message.
DISCOUNTS: A 10% discount is available to all children in the same family, attending on the same schedule; and for siblings of students in the Kids Care Plus program. Only one discount or special rate is allowed per student.
PAYMENTS; Your timely payment maintains the quality of instruction and is due in advance of attendance. Monthly payments are due on the first day of the month, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment due dates may be changed, if requested and approved in advance.
REGISTRATION: A $40 nonrefundable registration fee covers the cost of enrollment. The family registration fee is $65.
REFUNDS: Because of the ongoing expense of maintaining the school, there are no refund allowances for holidays or absences. We do not give credit or refunds for days missed due to illness, holidays, or vacations.
Health Policies
General Requirements
The pre-school must make adequate provisions for the protection of the health of the children coming into their care.
Pre-Admission Health Evaluation
Prior to accepting a child for enrollment the school must determine that he/she is:
- In good health
- Without conditions or illness, which would endanger other children in the school, or make his participation in vigorous activities inadvisable
- Physically and emotionally ready for the particular program of the school
